Extremely configurable!
Starting number can be random or determined by time. If it's
determined by time, the counter will go up between reloads!
Counter can optionally increment itself after constant or random
intervals. I prefer to use random intervals because it makes it look
like the counter is actually being updated due to hits.
Check the configuration options for more features.
(Ok, this particular web page stinks. I'll make it all nice and
